Globally, there are different types of grid voltages and frequencies and industry specific applications, machines manufacturers are designing the systems as per their home country parameters or in custom design, target country specifications.

But that is not enough when the subject is connecting industrial applications to the electrical supply with different voltage and frequency. TSINE industrial frequency converters are commonly used to interconnect 50 Hz and 60 Hz systems.

The new generation of Static Frequency Converter (SFC) allows the connection of 60 Hz powered equipment to a 50 Hz supply network and 50 Hz powered equipment to a 60 Hz supply network.

NetXtend FCU is a static frequency converter device which can also be customized when the mains & output voltages requested different. It is pure industrial, allowing high inrush currents, sudden loads, fluctuating load levels in the load side.

In railways applications, 480V L-L single phase two hot line 100Hz,  16.7 – 25 – 50 – 60 – 67 – 83.3 – 100 Hz frequencies also used and TSINE delivers the robust solutions for those frequency requirements

Highly-efficient, efficiency is up to 96%, starting 94.5% efficiency levels even at low rated loads like 25%.
The output is pure sinewave, constant at desired voltage and frequency with less than 3% harmonics at the voltage wave which leads trouble-free operation of sensitive equipment when the utility is not reliable.

The solid-state unit uses Pulse with modulation (PWM) technique to generate the desired frequency, IGBT rectifier and inverter minimizing the switching losses.

The NexXtend FCU comes without battery back up connection, at the time of order, the client can customize his SFC with battery back up & charger unit.
